Infected Lands is a survival game set amid the InFl outbreak in Kentucky. Explore, gather supplies, manage your needs, and survive encounters with infected and hostile players.

1. Prepare to deploy
Choose your appearance and profession. Faction deployment depends on access. The free Emergency Supplies starter pack contains a Flashlight and Bandage.
2. Search for supplies
Search buildings and vehicles for useful items. Carry food, water, and medical supplies. A backpack expands storage; item footprints matter when packing.
3. Watch for threats
Infected and hostile players can appear anywhere. Keep the correct ammunition for your firearm and pay attention to item condition.
4. Explore the map
Open the map with M on the default keyboard binding or D-pad Left on a controller. Learn the towns and points of interest before planning longer supply runs.
